absolutely the best! my husband made this and Chef Johns meatballs and it was superb. so much flavor... dont change a thing! the can tomates that he uses are super important dont trade it for the cheap stuff... you'll regret it

Because l travel a lot, and don't always have my recipes where l am, l also save them to my email, and then put them in an email folder. That way, l have them, l can send to my friends, etc.

Chef Johns recipe from:

Ingredients (makes about 3 cups): 3 tbsp olive oil 2 anchovy filets 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1 can (28 oz) whole peeled “San Marzano” tomatoes salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp sugar very small pinch baking soda
