another CJ innovative masterwork. Still basking in the rosy glow of a braised chicken leg dish inspired by CJ's use of artichoke; an utterly neglected delicacy:

I'll be filing this 'un too. But I'm commenting tonite because of a nutritional 'red flag' in the recipe. If you're going to get a pan 'smoking hot', don't! Use coconut fat instead, which will get ya plenty hot enuff for the browning CJ recommends without damaged fat, and the inflammation that results. In fact this recipe is perfect for virgin coco, which can be hard to use, as it is so dominating to less sweet dishes, but is even more nutritious than the refined stuff. Here, it'll fit right in. Keep 'em comin' Bro.

No wok, no chopsticks; Hmmmm. The Thais do not use chopsticks either. They use a large spoon and a fork. They eat with the spoon and use the fork to fill the spoon with the next bite. "Enjoy life to the fullest - Take big bites".

This was very filling. I like Chicken and vegies . I added mushroom because I didn't want the mushroom to spoil.

The recipe is under comments. I tried this recipe and I substituted the zucchini for carrots because of my picky eater son. We really loved it and I will cook it for our friends and family.
