Spicy Kung Wow Chicken

In this video, Chef John shows you how to prepare a quick chicken stir-fry. This one is roughly based on kung pao chicken. You’ll see a great technique for cutting your vegetables into little uniform-size triangles. (Why triangles? Simple, people love pointy foods!) Follow along with Chef John's recipe for Kung Wow Chicken. And of course, Chef John will show you how to make the secret Kung Wow sauce! You’ll also get great tips for cooking over very high heat.

another CJ innovative masterwork. Still basking in the rosy glow of a braised chicken leg dish inspired by CJ's use of artichoke; an utterly neglected delicacy: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-Mediterranean-Chicken-with-Sausage-Stuffed-Cherry-Peppers/?prop31=2 I'll be filing this 'un too. But I'm commenting tonite because of a nutritional 'red flag' in the recipe. If you're going to get a pan 'smoking hot', don't! Use coconut fat instead, which will get ya plenty hot enuff for the browning CJ recommends without damaged fat, and the inflammation that results. In fact this recipe is perfect for virgin coco, which can be hard to use, as it is so dominating to less sweet dishes, but is even more nutritious than the refined stuff. Here, it'll fit right in. Keep 'em comin' Bro.

No wok, no chopsticks; Hmmmm. The Thais do not use chopsticks either. They use a large spoon and a fork. They eat with the spoon and use the fork to fill the spoon with the next bite. "Enjoy life to the fullest - Take big bites".
