All the taste of chicken wings, none of the bones—or greasy mess! The key is to start with rotisserie chicken, not canned chicken. To diced-up rotisserie chicken, Chef John adds cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, and authentic Buffalo-style hot sauce—plus a couple secret ingredients! It’s all in there! Everything but the chicken bones! This truly is the must-have snack for the game-day buffet. Your team may not win, but this dip is always a winner! Serve it with crackers and celery sticks. great recipe, and Love Love the video, some people need to relax and live a little. Life is too short to take such things so seriously.

Can't wait to try this. Love the chef's presentation on the video.

If you are going to use hot pepper sauce, don't try to save a penny over a number of dishes - use the gourmet Tobasco Sauce or the Louisiana Hot Sauce. For the relatively small amount you use per recipe, the miniscule savings you make by using these "off brand" hot sauces are not worth the sacrifice in authentic flavor.

Totally agree with "Zingy." Great recipe but maybe someone should tell this guy that we're not all complete morons. It is slightly insulting to watch. Just show us the how-to. Thanks.

We only eat this "once a year" but I've found that "once a year" really adds up after awhile. Let's see we have Halloween once a year, Thanksgiving once a year, Christmas once a year, New Years once a year, Super bowl once a year, Easter once a year, Memorial day once a year, Fourth of July once a year, Labor day once a year, Birthday once a year...

Recipe looks good. But, the chef seems to be somewhat insulting, unnecessary.

love the recipe but I am pretty sure a vegan wouldn't care about the celery given that this is CHICKEN dip! ;D Enjoy the game!

Wonderful recipe, will make again and frequently! (Sorry - had to use the light cream cheese though.) Thanks so much for sharing.
