for me its easier to clean up the hand mixer than that wire wisk and potato masher. recipe looks good, I love banana bread. But when in a huge hurry and need this quick, I use a Jiffy banana bread mix, and add 1 ripe banana and walnuts. Its perfect every time and so easy

If you add creme fraiche OMG it really really makes the bread super super moist I have tried different recipes and all i need to add was creme fraiche! give it a try with 1/4 or 1/2 c. of creme fraiche!

This is the best ever. It rises perfectly and cooks all the way through without a gooey center. Very moist. Follow the video and you don't have to mess with beaters either. If you don't really want chocolate you can omit or better yet put only 1/4 cup in. It truly brings out the flavor so you don't want to omit completely.. Enjoy, I know we all did.
