I agree. I don't need videos for everything. I would rather read the information. I rarely watch the videos.

I love these how-to things, too, but I would rather read them than watch a video I'm deaf so I can't hear what is said.

If you're watching your sodium intake, go with the unsalted. In baking, if your recipe calls for salt and you're using salted butter, omit the salt. IMHO, the only thing butter is good for anyway is for baking.

Nella and others who were unable to watch the video... The gist of what she said is that it's better to use unsalted butter so that you can control the amount of salt in the dish.

I would like to read it also. She talked SO FAST my 'OLD' ears could NOT understand. Then too quite often the video doesn't play, I don't even see anything, so it is a COMPLETE waste of time. Really WHAT did she say? I've NO idea.

I can't tell you how many times I close the window when I see a video instead of a printed article. Please at least have a print out of the text so that those of us who prefer to peruse words -- and perhaps take a moment to remember -- can have the option of reading or watching!

Yes, I agree with the the above comments: I would rather read an article than view a video, especially on butter.

CJH: I like to just scan text, too, instead of watching a video. Video might be okay for something completely unfamiliar or difficult to explain in text, but I would like to have the option of skipping the video.

I really wish I could just read the articles and not have to watch yet another video! I do think most of us still know how to read! :)
