There aren't measurements because he wants you to visit his blog and get them. He's got some great recipes there.

I just went on their website and found the measurements! :) 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 1/8 cups sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs 2/3 cup all-purpose flour For the icing: 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp mint extract, or to taste 2 tbsp milk

Yeah most of the measurements are missing. This was all I got: one stick of butter, "measured" cocoa and sugar, some vanilla and some salt, two eggs, and all-purpose flour. then the icing is some flour, a little mint extract, and a couple of tablespoons of milk.
