Looks good. Nice relaxing background music. Wish I knew what song is playing.

This sounds amazing! And I bet I could make that sauce work nicely for some TVP or seitan instead of the chicken wings!

Good Morning,I can't eat(because of stomach problems)anything spicy, although I do love the fried and spicy foods and could eat them years ago but now in my older stage of life ,mild is perfect for me and hubby. Can anyone suggest peppers to use in place of jalapenos??Something reasonably mild??Want to cook up some wings also tomorrow but love the pepper dippers also.

In the early 60's, I used to buy a 10 lb bag of wings for $1.00 before Buffalo wings came into the picture. (Hard to believe, isn't it?) They were delicious just basting them with butter as they grilled.

I'm also a Buffalo, NY native, much older than Scott. Wings were first cooked in Buffalo,NY by a man named Paul Young in the 196o's. Why this isn't recognized can be anyone's guess. Knowing the history of the United States, many Black people were not given credit for their inventions or ideals.
