Here is the recipe: Camembert, Pears And Cranberries Pastry Recipe Summary Preparation Time10 Min Cooking Time25 Min Ready In35 Min Difficulty Level Easy Ingredients Frozen puff pastry sheet 1 Egg 1 Large Water 1 Teaspoon Pear 1 Large Butter 2 Tablespoon Firmly packed light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon Dried cranberries 2 Tablespoon Camembert cheese round 8 Ounce Directions 1. Thaw the puff pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat the oven to 400 F 3. Combine the egg and water in a small bowl to create a wash and reserve. 4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 5. Add the pear slices and brown sugar and saute until lightly softened, about 5 minutes and stir in dried cranberries. 6. Where does this recipe originate? It sounds like Giada DiLaurentis narrating. I just love her. Food's great and she's totally not annoying like some of the tv cooks.
