While I can't believe I've never prepared a mango before, this video was incredibly helpful. Mango skewers, here I come!

I've been struggling with mangoes for years, I love them but don't love preparing them. This video is very helpful except for the slicing I've found it easier not to peel...too slippery! Slice it just like the dicing process then scoop the slices right out of the skin...much neater!
