I'm an ancestry enthusiast so to me this is a treasured video for his family not only for the wonderful heartwarming history Mr. Crecca Jr is telling but for what sounds like a really delicious recipe. It would be made tonight if I had all the ingredients. Thank you Mr. Joseph Crecca Jr for your service and your recipe.

Great video. I really enjoyed hearing Mr. Crecca's story. I can't imagine what living in a POW camp must have like for him. We are fortunate to have men like him to protect our country. I am definitely going to make his potato recipe. It looks so good.
