Excellent recipe..I buy prepacks of red and white sliced "slaw type" cabbage. Also frozen spinich works well. I also put in both vegetable and chicken stock. Bag of frozen vegetables....its all good!!

I loved it, except I put pasta cabbage and swiss chard together, did not want a mushy cabbage.

I made this soup yesterday..........and I was not impressed at all. The swiss chard gave it a yucky earthy flavour - I must have done something wrong cause neither of us liked it and I ended up throwing it out !
