For those who are concerned about not being able to save the recipes from videos. You can download a PDF printer (I use adobe but there are free ones out there). Basically when you find a recipe you like you can "print" and turn it into a PDF file to save on your computer (rather than print to paper). This comes in super handy when you find good recipes on sites without a 'save to box' option.

Yeah, you could go to that website but you can't save the recipe to try later on this site. I'm sure I'll forget that I'm interested in making this.

Don't mean to be rude but it always surprises me to see people get upset about not having the printed recipe when chef John clearly says "ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE ON FOODWISHES.COM". It's that simple people.

Here is the ingredient list taken from foodwishes.com Ingredients: 14 oz package dry spaghetti 2 tbsp olive oil 4 oz thinly slice smoked ham 3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced red chili flakes to taste 1 1/2 to 2 cups chicken broth, or as needed 3 cups diced butternut squash salt and pepper to taste 1 cup mascarpone cheese 1-2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese You will have to watch the video for directions...none on the website
