I have a no baking version. crush 1 package of of vanilla sandwich cream cookies (about 36), mix with one package of cream cheese, should still look creamy but hold together and form small balls. freeze for 1 hour then dip in melted chocolate of your choice. To vary you can add flavoring or chopped fruits or nuts. I added 2 tbl spoon of bourbon for a twist on the classic bourbon balls.

Looks great, but I would venture to say the cheesecake was a bit over baked in the video. I wouldn't let it go that long to be that brown. However, I guess the melted chocolatey goodness covers all that up LOL
