I have made key lime pie a bunch of times. Cream cheese has never been added to recipes I use and I think it's unneeded.
I made 2 of these for a St. Patricks Day potluck at work. Since I was baking 2 I extended the cooking time to about 20 minutes and they turned out perfect. Everyone was raving about the taste and went back for seconds. I will definitely make this again. So easy, so good!
