Celebrated Valentine's day. Guessed at amounts. Did not serve salmon on top of chowder, but tried the last few pieces that way and will serve as such. Planning a dinner with friends just to serve this dish with some interesting sides or appetizers. Maybe baked prosciutto wrapped asparagus with lemon slices. Love salmon and it's possibilities but this one is certainly at the top.

ingredients list is found on foodwishes.com, search recipe videos for salmon with potate leak chowder. Unfortunately, Chef John doesn't write out his cooking recommendations, you just have to watch the video over and over again.

Absolutely amazing! Loved this dinner :) I'm new to this site, does anyone know how I can find out who this chef is so I can watch his other videos? This was the first time my husband ever took a photo of our dinner. It was fun to watch and make! Big fan now :)

DLKGK3 - I have gone to the website and searched "valentine salmon." I'm getting nothing. If you have found the recipe ingredients, can you post the link perhaps? I was trying to write as the video played and my shorthand isn't what it used to be! :) Thanks much!!

Carmen - you have to go to foodwishes.com website and search "valentine salmon" - it gives you the ingredients list but guess you have to follow the video as to how to cook it. You can - not that I have found - add to your recipe box like the other "all recipes". I found this out with another video recipe. Good luck!
