Before I saw this recipe, I made teriyaki sauce because I ran out of marinade. I used soy sauce, white and brown sugar and pineapples with juice, it was wonderful and now I'm going to mix this recipe with mine.

Sounds great. The only adjustment I'd make is to use thighs with the bone and skin. Brown it first on the stove and then put it in the oven.

This is a wonderful recipe. The only thing I would change is the use of corn starch. I use arrowroot powder/flour, or kudzu root, or tapioca flour to do the very same job as the corn starch.
