Looks good, I am going to substtute pineapple juice for the sugar. My mom used to make her teriyaki sauce that way. Always good. And the slices of pineapple in soy sauce, add another dimension to the dish.

This is a wonderful recipe. The only thing I would change is the use of corn starch. I use arrowroot powder/flour, or kudzu root, or tapioca flour to do the very same job as the corn starch.

Sounds great. The only adjustment I'd make is to use thighs with the bone and skin. Brown it first on the stove and then put it in the oven.
