Oh! my!! I was in the middl of baking ribs b/c my gas grill is out! Easy recipe!! I boil my ribs for 45mins in vinegar then grill, but since my grill is out, all I had to do was bake & "paint" my ribs until done!! Easy & tender!!

One of the best dry rub recipes as well as cooking techniques ever. Made these ribs for my niece's graduation as it was over 90 degrees high humidity - and they were delicious.

I followed the cooking technique exactly, but with a rub made from whatever I had in the cupboard, and whatever BBQ sauce I had in the fridge. They turned out perfectly, not dry or tough or stuck to the bone like "Bob" said. I probably cooked them a bit too long, though, because the meat fell off the bones partially when I was cutting them apart.

Wonderful instruction video - very helpful! Now I finally hgave "fall-off the bones" tender ribs! Low and slow is the way to go and this method was easy to follow. I finished these on the grill over low heat basting just as the recipe states for the last 20 minutes. This was so simple and so delicious - perfect with a side of coleslaw and cornbread!

I ruined a great rack using this recipe. Should have known when he said to cook with meat side down. All the fat ran straight out of the meat instead of through the meat. Another hint. It should never take 2 hr and 50 minutes to finish bb back ribs. (see other recipies). The ribs were tuff, dry and stuck to the bone from one end to the other.
