I agree with some of these comments. The seasonings are way in excess especially the salt and pepper.

I have a question: is it 2 tablespoons of salt? or 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 of pepper? I used 2 of salt and it was way too salty ... sad. The rest of ingredients made a really good mix but nothing extraordinary.
