My pizza crust turned out great and it was worth the effort to get to try something different than the usual low carb. It really does take an afternoon but if you season the crust I didn't feel it tasted like cauliflower. Thanks Chef John.

I am in the process of making this as I type because I am on a low carb diet. It seemed like such a good idea I was wondering if it would work with some ingredient changes i.e. leaving out the cheese and pepper, for a crust for a cheese cake? If not do you have another idea for that? BTW, I love your Cajun Shrimp and Grits.

I haven't yet tried this but it is definitely on my list to do this week. My daughter has been making it for a few months now and decided to use her juice machine to get the liquid out. She says it works amazing well.

Hi, I made this pizza which turned out surprisingly well! It's good. I would not recommend making extra "dough" and freezing it because the "dough" became a little soggy with our leftovers in the refrigerator. My hunch is the dough would become soggy if frozen, thawed, but I have not tried to freeze any of the crust...Just a thought...I really enjoyed our pizza and it was fun to make. Served steaming hot, delicious.

OMG! I must try this; I love pizza and I love cauliflower. I am also a type 2 diabetic and can do without the pizza crust. This will be perfect. Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
