My pizza crust turned out great and it was worth the effort to get to try something different than the usual low carb. It really does take an afternoon but if you season the crust I didn't feel it tasted like cauliflower. Thanks Chef John.

I am in the process of making this as I type because I am on a low carb diet. It seemed like such a good idea I was wondering if it would work with some ingredient changes i.e. leaving out the cheese and pepper, for a crust for a cheese cake? If not do you have another idea for that? BTW, I love your Cajun Shrimp and Grits.

I haven't yet tried this but it is definitely on my list to do this week. My daughter has been making it for a few months now and decided to use her juice machine to get the liquid out. She says it works amazing well.
