Thanks for this video..my rolls have not been turning out right, going to try this recipe. Nice tip of the yeast..I have not been allowing it to rest long enough..will repost my results..thanks again.

I mix the salt with the flour and the sugar with the yeast. Salt can yeast growth. Haven't tried it this recipe's way yet but will to see if there is a marked difference.
