This video shows you how to make shrimp etouffee, the spicy and delicious New Orleans classic. This is a terrific method if you’re using small, pre-peeled, and deveined shrimp. Chef John will show you a few tricks to make these shrimpy shrimp work just fine. Of course, you can always use larger, shells-on shrimp (in which case, check out this video to see how to turn the shells into a quick shrimp stock for the etouffee).
