Definitely needs more seasoning than salt and black pepper. I prefer the taste of swai over tilapia.

here in Ontario, Canada there are a number of Private Tilapia fish farms, but they don't sell directly to the public, therefore I agree with petersdraggon !

While we expound the virtues of healthy eating I see nary a mention to be sure to know where your fish comes from. Tilapia from badly tainted ponds in China is something I steer away from for my family. Wild caught and with discretion is the way to go.
