Having lived down there for a few years, I have to say this is spot on! That's the traditional cake. Over the years, many different fillings have been added and the duty of the baby finder has changed. When I was there, whoever found the baby had to bring in the next King Cake. Great tradition if it's in the work place and there's no real party. But this ensured a King Cake with a different filling every day for the duration of the Mardi Gras!
