Chocolate Snowcap Cookies

In this video, you’ll see how to make chocolate snowcap cookies. You’ll drop balls of homemade chocolate cookie dough into powdered sugar—not once, but twice. This double coating is the key, so don't be shy about piling on the powdered sugar. Go the full Tony Montana with it! They will come out of the oven looking like a delicious winter wonderland with a beautiful texture and fudgy flavor. These make a great Christmas cookie.
