My chocolate dipped marshmallows get white spots after a few days. Is this because I haven't tempered the chocolate? I used semi-sweet chocolate chips for melting. Thanks for all your great information!

The first time I melted chocolate, I did everything the wrong way (added vanilla directly to melting chocolate and heated directly in pot therefore scorching it). This video is gonna make my next batch of candy much nicer and tastier! Thanks
