Video: Buffalo Hot Sauce

Buffalo sauce is much easier than that...I would know my husband and I both worked in kitchens in Buffalo...all you need is butter and Franks Red Hot. Ask anyone who has worked in a restaurant in Buffalo and they will tell you that's all there is to it. If you want hot wings you only use a dab of butter and a lot of hot sauce making sure the color of the sauce stays red...if you want medium you use equal parts butter and sauce or make the sauce orange...if you want mild you use mostly butter with a touch of hot sauce...were I worked no one ever measured anything out we had to make it based on color and I don't think I ever got any complaints that it was too hot or to mild.

That aint Buffalo sauce.
