I just found the recipe at how2heros dot com. I noticed that name is in the upper right corner of the video. So much easier than writing all of that down!

What an outstanding video! I feel like I've just learned everything I could ever know about brining, preparing and cooking a turkey. It leaves you with plenty of choices to customize the flavoring to include family traditions and personal preferences. Thank you for explaining not just what to do but why you do it.
