What an outstanding video! I feel like I've just learned everything I could ever know about brining, preparing and cooking a turkey. It leaves you with plenty of choices to customize the flavoring to include family traditions and personal preferences. Thank you for explaining not just what to do but why you do it. What you provided was a cooking lesson versus a recipe. Very much appreciated not miss watching this video.
