Wow! These were so easy to make. My family has been asking me to make pumpkin cheese cake for quite a while now, but I know how time consuming it can be. So when I stumbled upon this video, I was thrilled to try it. They came out sooo delicious! I did add nutmeg, cloves and a little more vanilla extract than what the recipe calls for, personal preference. And that was Perfect! Definitely a keeper! Thanks for the recipe

just joined. Wish there was text for this recipe. I searched for it but the mini pumpkin cheesecake recipe is different from this one. I hated trying to get everything written down while she talked. Yes I could pause and replay, but if there was text I could just print it out.

I made this as the video says only using cupcake papers with homemade graham crusts in the bottoms. The recipe as is made 24 cakes. I thought it was going to make 12... OOPS!!! Too much yummy goodness, HA!!! I topped them with a gooey praline sauce from another site. Now using Microsoft to get this recipe all in one place as everyone wants it now.
