How do you store the garlic? can you put it in a jar with oil?

Oh my gosh I do not believe this. I was not so sure so I tried it this morning Thanksgiving morning and oh it does work this is a huge praise thank you for this fab tip. I cut the end off the entire head and threw it in between to pie tins and boom it did it.

I went to the kitchen immediately to try this. I used my stainless steel dutch oven with the cover instead of two bowls and it worked! Not perfect, but for whole cloves I don't think you can beat this!

Nothing new here. Martha Stewart had a similar video some time ago. You don't have to use bowls, a simple jar with a lid will do the same. Shake, blow off the skins and store in same jar. Finished.

I saw the same Martha Stewart video. I didn't have two stainless bowls. So I tried a quart Ball jar and it works the same.
