Wow! I finally found a recipe like my mom used to make! She used tomato soup (I know.... ;)haha) but similar but everybody else seems to cook the beef first...but the consistency isn't the same. Thank-you Chef!!

I am allergic to tomato sauce so I make my raw meat mixture with a little liquid smoke and 1/2 cooked rice. I then make a delicious beef gravy adding some of Chef Johns Lighter Cauliflower Sauce with beef broth. Stir in some mushrooms and simmer. Add flour to thicken then I put that on top of my bell peppers. You can always add onion and roasted garlic to the meat mixture. The cauliflower compliments the smoked beef mixture.
