In this video, you’ll see the keys to making a delicious chili with chicken and white beans. Chef John uses flavorful chicken thighs. And that’s really the key, along with his array of tasty spices and seasonings. The technique trick here is all about timing. Follow along with Chef John. It’s so easy. This is simple, crazy-good football food. It would be downright silly not to make it for the Super Bowl. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy with cornbread, of course. Ok guys..I found the recipe on Chef John's Food Wishes BlogSpot. At least the ingredients are listed, and after you watch the video once or twice, you can probably jot down a couple of your own notes and take it from there, right? That's what I'll do, and hopefully Chef John will read our comments and add the recipe to his video here, as with his other ones. Spicy Chicken & White Bean Chili -- Ingredients: 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thigh, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp ground chipotle pepper (same as ground smoked jalapeno) 2 tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper Cayenne pepper, to taste 1 red bell pepper, seeded, diced 1 green bell pepper, seeded, diced 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, diced 1 can (10-ounce) diced tomato with green chilies 4 cups chicken broth 2 (15 ounce) great northern, or navy beans, drained Chopped fresh cilantro to garni

What's up with no written recipe ??? I don't want to follow a video and deal with stoping and starting to get all the ingredients!

I would also definitely like to have a recipe for this as well. Looks delicious, but I am not good at guessing when it comes to recipes.

Spicy was an understatement on this recipe. I like spicy food, but next time I will leave out the jalapeno and the cayenne. The cinnamon was nice, though. I agree with everyone else that it would best to print the recipe below the video.

I'm echoing what everyone else said. No time to watch and document the recipe.

I wanted to make this but I really didn't want to watch the video and write stuff down. Please put the recipe for this on the site. Very frustrating!

I find it very frustrating when I find a recipe that I would really enjoy trying and there is no recipe posted for it. I really don't want to watch a video. This is the very first site I head to for a recipe and the only time I am ever disappointed is when there is no recipe!

Would you please add the written version of Chef John's Spicy Chicken and White Bean Chili to his video, so we know the spice amounts? Thanks! (usually I see the link under the video)
