I made this cake this past Easter weekend and it was fantastic. It was by far the best cake I've ever made. I did add a tbsp of vanilla and used unsalted butter, but other than that I followed the recipe to the letter of the law. The outside of the cake had this great crust while the inside was so moist and delicious. Oh my gracious alive I have to make another one once I burn off the calories from this one. Thanks for sharing.

OMG! Such a great, simple and sooooo good recipe. My 11yr old baked it and bragged, and raved about it. Hats off to your mama.

her style is very disappointing. this will make the cake lumpy and hard. you should smoothen the ingredient first before going to next step then add the ingredients gradually. don't copy her style
