Another quirk I have is that I do not like to store in plastic. I know they have microwave save plastic...blah,blah,blah. I don't trust it. I use a glass storage system I bought at Costco. The last one I bought has smaller glass containers which is perfect for us. Does have plastic lids but that's OK since it's not touching the food.

Regarding the Pomegranate Chicken...2 cups juice reduced by 2/3= (1 C = 3/3) so X 2 cups= 6/3 pommie juice. Reduce by 2/3. 6/3 minus 3/3 = 2/3. So you will cook it down by 1 cup. I like it sticky so I would either thicken the juice or cook down another 1/4 cup. Don't walk away if you're doing this stove top though.
