Here’s a simple and delicious summer meal. The preparation just couldn’t be easier. Swordfish steaks are rubbed with a little grapeseed oil and salted and peppered; then grilled along with slices of French bread brushed with olive oil. Plate it up and dress with fresh cherry tomatoes in a super-simple balsamic vinegar and fresh basil vinaigrette. The vinaigrette creates a delicious “sauce” that soaks into the grilled bread.
