The preserved lemon recipe is very easy to do and find. Just type in preserved lemons in your browser and the recipe will pop up.

3 lemons, washed in hot water, cut into 1/8-inch thick slices 1/2 cup kosher salt 1/2 cup sugar Use a glass bowl to layer the lemons and the salt sugar mixture. Let them sit on your counter for 3 days,covered tightly, then you can store in a glass jar. Keep in a fridge. Make sure to remove any seeds before layering the lemon slices with the salt sugar mixture.
