I love the combination of berries with basil and balsamic vinegar. I'll have to try it with the peaches. Actually, a blueberry-peach cobbler sounds good, too. The addition of cheese to the cobbler mix is intriguing. I would think cheddar would be a better flavor choice over parmesan(?)
