I love the tips in this video for salvaging a dry turkey! It doesn't have to be a total loss.

Brining your turkey really does make a world of difference BUT I don't recommend brining turkeys that have already been injected with a salt solution. (ie - Butterball) It takes a bit of advanced planning but is well worth the effort.

One trick not mentioned in the video is to cook your turkey in an oven bag. Those keep the meat really juicy and delicious!
