BTW for those of you who are wondering, the oil on top comes from the coconut milk which has a high saturated fat content. Taste-wise, it whips the pants off of low-fat coconut milk but if you're really looking to trim the calories and fat off this dish, this is really the only place you can do it. Use the lite stuff.

This looks delicious! Can't wait to try it at home, as I'm fairly new to Thai cooking. The video quality was a little grainy, but I don't know if that's just my computer or not. Regardless, making this soup soon!
