Bad advice on the marinade brushed onto chicken. I have always heard that is not supposed to be done. Yes if it's done early on it will reach high temp but he never says that. Boiling I've even been told isn't good enough but that doesn't make sense. But bottom line, make two batches but throw the marinade from the chickens away. Err on side of caution. Now 45,000+ people could be doing the same thing he did.

I know you aren't suppose to use left over marinade, but if you boil it first, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

@ razorhaw To add to your recipe box, just click on the "plus sign" next to the Add to Recipe Box link. This will give you a drop-down menu (click on the little down-arrow and choose which folder you want it in, so you can organize your recipes as you save them); then hit "ADD" and you will get a message (green, near the top of the page) that the item has been successfully added. You can also click on View All My Recipes under the Recipe Box tab and you can create and delete folders and sub-folders to have what meets your needs. Asian, Mexican, Vegetarian, Chicken, Beef, Tofu...whatever you want. AND you can save one recipe to multiple fils if you want. For instance, this recipe might go under both Asian Food and Chicken Entrees. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
