This was really delicious! I had a 5 pound chicken and I added 3 drops of doTerra Oregano, 20 minutes - so moist and savory! I'll make this again!

made this last night for a picky friend, it was excellent. I also made the gravy from the same chef and was impressed, even my picky friend liked it. Would make it again, I did not have fresh spices so I used dried. Came out great. Would love to have the printed version.

I used the smallest grating side of my 4-sided cheese grater. worked fine.

Tried this method a couple days ago, and the pan gravy recipe that follows. Turned out perfectly perfect! This is my go-to roast chicken recipe from now on! used dried herbs instead of fresh, and stuffed cavity with lemon wedges, celery stalk, and red onion wedges. We were in heaven!!

I tried this recipe last night and my husband loved it! I substituted the fresh herbs for dried and copied everything else to a T. Great!
