Broccoli Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

You gotta eat your broccoli. And there’s just no tastier way than this. Chef John simmers broccoli in a little olive oil and butter with red pepper flakes, lots of garlic, and some stock. He uses chicken stock here, but you can make it vegetarian by substituting vegetable broth. It’s so easy, aromatic, and delicious. I want to try this but either im going to cut back on the red pepper flakes or omit it not a fan hot spices.
