Looks really good. I think it is important for those of us who have not made their own Creme freshe glaze to be reminded that it takes two days to make. At any rate I am waiting for my cf to make and then I will roast my chicken. I look forward.

Made this on the weekend to rave reviews. After the first hour, I flipped the chicken over on to its breast to allow underside to cook thoroughly and crisp up (20 mins.). The extra time allowed chicken to cook more thoroughly...the breast side needed it. The bread was to die for,,,

The recipe for the chicken looks amazing, and I'm gong to try it. Don't get the reference to Reynolds parchment paper - video doesn't seem to mention it.

The add for Reynolds parchment paper has got to be one of the CUTEST I've ever seen! They should win an award for it.
