In this video, you’ll see how to make super-quick grilled sea bass with an Asian chili and lime sauce. It’s an impressive dish but incredibly quick-and-easy to prepare. For the sauce, whisk together crushed garlic, lime zest and juice, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame oil. Then you’ll simply brush the fish fillets with a little oil and season with salt before giving them a few minutes on the hot grill. Spoon the dressing over the grilled fillets and top with some chopped cilantro, and dinner is served. It’s almost too easy.
