I made this today, a lot easier to do the salsa and cooking separately. However, the prep time on the recipe is understated by about 10 minutes.

Made this for Mother's Day dinner and it was great! Everyone loved it. I don't know why some reviews said it was too many steps because it was so easy. Made the salsa the day before and it took no time at all to marinade and grill. Will definitely make again. I followed recipe 100 percent except the cardamom seeds. Couldn't find fresh and substituted ground. Enjoyed trying something different with pork!!

The safe temperature for pork is now 145 degrees. If you don't like pink, cook a little longer. I always use a temperature probe.

The other white meat "PORK" does not have to be cooked until it looks dried out..slightly pink is definitely okay. The ingredients sound devine but when in a hurry I have to agree a bit too many for a week night meal. For company, I bet te pork chops would go over well. A great recipe for a special occasion!

Sounds tasty, but I would have to take a nap about mid-way through all these steps.

Why is the annoying repetitive music necessary?. I usually go directly to the recipe to avoid it.
