Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

In this video, you’ll see how to make succulent, Mexican-style shredded beef in your slow cooker. The blend of spices and the low-and-slow cooking method turn chuck roast into spicy, wonderfully tender, fall-apart meat that’s perfect for soft tacos, burritos, and other Mexican-inspired dishes. It gets its spicy punch from cayenne, green chiles, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce. Watch the video, then get CHARLEY357’s top-rated recipe for Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat. You can also use pork roast for this!
