I made this just watching the video, and I basically ruined it by leaving the little limes in it when i was cooking...it was so bitter...all i could taste was bitter lime..also when i cooked the veggies i should have added the eggplant about when the yams were half done...i will make this again minus the lime...also i didn't have basil..I don't know maybe I messed up and wasn't supposed to leave them for so long?
